This email is long overdue as it’s now been over 2 months since you came out to quote and your guys came out to do the work at our house.
But, although time has passed by, I have thought several times that I wanted to just write to say “thank you” to you and to the guys. You were great with the quoting and explaining it all – and we had some laughs, too. You also told everything up front and made some recommendations that would get the job done/keep costs reasonable. I wasn’t here when the guys came but Linda said that they were great and also were fantastic to work with.
And when the sun went down that night and we flicked on the lights over the kitchen sink, we both were very happy with that decision and the work your guys did. Ceiling fans have since been put up and the extra live circuit put in has made the use of them much easier – and beneficial especially with the hot weather we had. Lastly was the moving of the switch inside the ensuite. Yes, I still go to hit the switch on the outside wall sometimes but having it in the bathroom makes it much more easy to turn on/off the light without lighting up the whole bedroom when someone is sleeping.
So, thank you again, John. It was a real pleasure working with you all at Crown Electrical Ltd. I’ll certainly reach out again for future needs as they come along.”
